The PET / VMPET / PE stand-up pouch in 10x15+3x2 cm is a professional flexible packaging solution designed for brands that need an attractive metallic appearance, reliable sealing performance and improved protection against moisture, odors and light. Its multilayer construction combines an outer PET layer for strength and printability, a VMPET metallized barrier layer for enhanced product protection, and an inner PE layer suitable for heat sealing. With a one-side thickness of approximately 130 microns, this pouch offers good resistance to punctures, tears and handling during storage, filling and transport. The expandable bottom gusset of 3x2 cm allows the pouch to stand upright once filled, improving shelf presentation and making the product easier to display in retail stores, online product photos and professional catalogues. This pouch is especially suitable for dry and semi-dry products such as roasted coffee, tea, spices, dried herbs, nuts, dates, dried fruits, granola, confectionery, protein powders, cosmetic powders, pet treats and premium snacks. The estimated capacity is 100–200 g, but the actual filling quantity depends on the density, shape and volume of the packaged product. The package is supplied without printing and can be personalized using labels, stickers, batch codes, barcodes and expiry-date printing. Custom printing may also be available subject to minimum order quantity, artwork approval and supplier confirmation. Rounded corners improve handling and create a cleaner premium finish. The PE inner layer enables secure heat sealing using compatible packaging equipment. Sealing temperature, pressure and dwell time should be tested according to the filling machine and the product. Before large-scale use, Omega Pack recommends performing filling tests, sealing tests and shelf-life validation with the real product. Unused pouches should be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight, humidity, chemicals, excessive heat and sharp objects.
